Abraão Zaidan

English Português (BR)

Hi, my name is Abraão Zaidan, I'm 32 years old and I've been working with technology for 16. I have a degree in Information Systems from Unisal de Piracicaba - SP and an MBA in Project Management from USP/Esalq.

I like to learn by teaching. I conceived and implemented in my college the Solidarity Informatics Program (2014), through which young people from communities had free courses in basic informatics (Windows, Office, etc). I also had the pleasure of teaching.

In addition, I organized an HTML, CSS and JavaScript course lasting 3 months, also open to the community, with space kindly provided by Faculdade Salesiana Dom Bosco de Piracicaba - SP.

I started my career in 2008, when I founded the company CakeWeb (former "Pixel Design") with two partners in Piracicaba - SP.

For more than a decade, I learned and specialized in Full Stack web development with real projects, from institutional websites to an e-commerce platform (Scarlett) from scratch. The most relevant technologies in this period were object-oriented PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, HTML, CSS and JavaScript with jQuery.

I programmed several integrations with carriers, ERPs, CRMs and Web Analytics.

I have provided services to international companies such as My Ideas and Dufry (Duty Free).

At that time I also created web servers with Linux (Debian and Ubuntu), including installation and configuration of databases, reverse proxy, Apache, nginx, PHP-FPM.

One of the projects developed at the time: marinhoagropecuaria.com.br

In mid-2019 I left CakeWeb, moved to São Paulo - SP and founded LionX, with two partners, focusing on technology for the financial market.

In 1 year acting as LionX's CTO, I formed a technical team of 5 employees following the Lean methodology (low cost and high value). We were able to masterfully execute the design of a real-time data platform from the world's stock exchanges.

The most relevant technologies in this period were Python, Swoole with WebSocket, PostgreSQL, Redis Pub/Sub, React Js.

In 2021, LionX was acquired by the J&F Group (JBS, PicPay, Banco Original), when it was renamed to Liga Invest and later to PicPay Invest, forming a DTVM (broker-dealer).

After the acquisition of the company, I worked negotiating contracts with suppliers, conducting technical interviews for hiring in the IT area, establishing partnerships with technical schools in the region (Germinare Tech, Proa Institute), establishing standards for reviewing source codes by Tech Leads, documentation of processes, definition and monitoring of Squads and internal projects.

One of the projects developed at the time: Broker-dealer application in React Native for Android and iOS, with bridges written in Kotlin and Swift for native integrations with marketing and anti-fraud providers.

I enjoy helping the programming community by creating and/or contributing development tools through GitHub.

I'm the creator of the with-peer-deps tool, which allows developers around the world to install "peer" dependencies in any JavaScript project.

I also created the tsc-check tool, which allows you to detect TypeScript errors in CI/CD Pipelines.

I already had my contributions accepted in important repositories like pagseguro/pagseguro-sdk-php and pmndrs/zustand.
